Just as Sechs was about to relax his sore muscles, he suddenly sat back up with a start at the sound of Marc's reproachful voice. Like a child caught red handed in some mischief, Sechs felt his face warm up to embarrassing levels. Whoops...! Busted...!

"Wh-Why? You can't expect me to just sit around all day waiting for my legs to get better!" Sechs stammered, crossing his arms and pursing his lips out into a childish pout. "I'm getting back on my feet in time to kick Landel's ass, that's why! Nothing can keep me down for long!"

Thankfully, Taura's intervention on Sechs' behalf allowed him to relax somewhat. "Uh, yeah! What she said!" he hastily echoed Taura, "I was helping her find ya too! So there!"

Letting Taura and Marc exchange their questions and answers, Sechs quieted down and laid back on his bed. Hopefully the change in conversation would spare him from being sentenced to his cot for the rest of the day. Keeping his arms stubbornly crossed over his chest, Sechs waited for the pain to ease out of his muscles as he listened to the others talk.
